One of the worst service center i have ever seen. More over they are fraud technicians. I went to this service center for my mobile lenovo k5 note for just speaker problem. Instead of that they have damaged my phone display. If you guys want money...go and F...K yourself some where. Why you guys are playing with customers. i want to inform Lenovo management to ban this service center.

Staff were organised, friendly and prompt. Have my mobile for repair under warranty after microphone stopped working. They have taken 2 days time and repaired well. But they format the device, be sure to take backup before you visit.

Really bad experience. Do not ever go to this place. I gave my perfectly working Lenovo Vibe to replace the broken screen. They checked my device and gave me the worksheet stating all other things are working. The front office told me the estimate and also told that it will take 15 days to replace the screen. I even purchased a budget smart phone to tide over the 15 days. The next working day got a call saying the device is fixed. First things was that, the estimate of 15 days was completely wrong. I went to collect the mobile and found that the camera is no longer working. They ruined my camera when they replaced the screen. When I questioned about this, they are coming up with wonderful explanations that it was not working and story of motherboard, PCB and so on and they are unable to rectify this and also quoted an amount equivalent to the new phone to fix this. God only knows what they will break when they fix this. I also saw other customers fighting for their cases when I visited this office. They always have the customers to blame. Their incompetent engineers are never to blame. Warning to other Lenovo users, better to purchase some other brand if your device becomes damaged and never take it to centres like this as it will turn out to be frustrating, disappointing and waste of your precious time and money.

Please dont go to this place at all. Worstest service center you can think of. My mobile display was not working and its under warranty. They had replaced it and i left the place without properly checking. Later realized that it was not fit properly and the screen was bent at the edge. i took it again to the service center just half an hour later and the guy at counter while checking, broke the display by pressing the bent. He turned on the screen and the display is gone...He put the blame on me saying that i only broke the display. Even the manager argued the same and i had to return with the broken screen as they refused to replace the display as its physical damage and there was no one to support me.

Expensive this is all it is. Well if you have warranty, well and good. Otherwise be ready to pay a load of cash for jist getting your stuff ready.
