Mainak NandiOne of the best maintained national parks in Karnataka. The government is doing well along with the forest authority to protect and maintain the natural habitation of this area. There are different kinds of animals kept here both contained in cashes as well as in open forest. The tigers and lions are the best attraction. P.S - A small Suggestion to those who visit the place. If you are taking a safari always go for the separate Jeep rather than the bus. It might cost a bit but the thrill and the safari journey would be a delight. Happy safari. :)

Pravin GahukarOne of the best wild life park in India. Situated on the outskirts of the city of Bangalore, it is well connected by adequate transport facilities(in the form of city buses and cabs) from various locations in Bangalore. The park is one of the pioneers in creating and maintaining the safari to see the majestic predators and other animals. White tigers are of great attraction here. Safari areas are divided into parts, like tiger safari, lion safari etc. Apart from tigers and lions, one can see black bears, elephants, deer, Zebras. The entire place is well maintained and well protected from wild animals. Once you finish safari, do visit Butterfly park where you can see different species of butterflies in big number(especially in the season of Mansoon), the dense vegetation planted to attract butterflies is really good, and is well maintained.

Khushhal MaheshwariThis place is well maintained. I went here on Saturday and so it was a bit crowded but if you reach here by 10 then also you will be able go through Jungle Safari easily. After that it takes a lot of time because of the crowd. You can spend here a quality time with your friends and family. The experience is worth it. I was able to see White tiger, asiatic lion, black bear during the Jungle Safari.
