I can say seeing the Quality used and the Landscaping that it is the best Projects in South India. U can check the transparency of the Builder I have a flat there and the Directors are available every day for their customer satisfaction. They have given the flat on time with more better quality what they promised. Regarding the Road connecting to the Building they have constructed on their own cost with Street Lights.

Excellent community and quality construction, good access to HSR electronic city and Sarjapur road. Good schools & a new hospital is built in walking distance. These are spacious, very well ventilated and have good open space so it is not cramped like many Apts. Worth a visit before you buy, very competitive prices for the quality of the apts, other builders with similar quality and facilities would quote about Rs 1000/sqft more when you add up everything They have kept up the schedule of the project and very trustworthy worthy builders. I have Apts here and very happy with it. It is ready to occupy with all clearances.

This is very good project with lot of open spaces and ready to occupy. Visit the place, good construction and higher ceiling, lot of privacy for each apt not cramped like many other apt. Close to schools, shopping and hospitals.

It happened to visit when I went to check adjacent project. The price is too high and the flat floorplans are not that great. Towers are very close in proximity. After completion may not give feel of more open space. Outer finish is not that in quality of projects fall under 1cr+. Not worth Spending one crore plus for this project.

This is a beautiful development. Very peaceful and quite yet in a short distance you can get to malls, supermarkets, entertainment, etc. The builders are very honest and straight forward. I am happy with the construction quality. I bought this apartment from the builder after visiting their previous project on Bannergatta road called Klassik Benchmark.
