During booking the bus ticket the staffs are very rude behavior as if they are doing a favor for us. (bad experience in RK travels vijaya bank layout.) Booking staff shouted me when i want to book ticket over phone. He told that no booking on phone and we have seats but we never give you and disconnected phone. need to complaint in this regard but no complaint No is mentioned in website.
