The waiting room is too small so most of the passengers need to stay outside. Also both departure and arrival of the bus was too late. The only thing I am happy about this travels is, they provide good new premium buses, at lower tariff compared to other players in the market.

Worst Bus Service in the Bangalore city. A bunch of irresponsible people, and treat customers very badly. Highly disappointed with their service.

11pm bus from bangalore to trivandrum came at 12:30 am ... it was supposed to reach TVM by 11am , but reached at 2 pm ..

Worst. Not enough chairs to accommodate everyone. The waiting room was so small that it was suffocating. Bus came 1.5 hours late. Ticket cost is 3x that of train.

Only one toilet available for at least 100 passengers....!!! And it is must for some improvements because all busses starting after 8:00PM So consider some humanity....
