Joylen Saldanhareally bad customer service. will make excuses of scratches and delay in return of vehicle to extract more money. made us wait an hour while returning original documents. the manager behaved really rude with us. if you have to in case rent their vehicles, do click sufficient pics videos, to not have problems in the end. try to avoid. all this happened at hyderabad.

Manu SharmaShittiest experience ever. Rented an Avenger 150 street to go to shakleshpur. Bike was faulty and stopped after 3km. Contacted the support they sent a guy and it started. Stopped again on nice road and started after 10 min. After that every 5-6 km it used to stop and after 10 min use to start again. When informed about it to support they provided nonsense solutions. Finally i had to take it to some local mechanic and get that fixed. We had to even extend our trip because of this reason. This was my first and last ride with wheelstreet. Never i mean never gonna use the service again nor will recommend to any one.

karthik kumarThis is the worst service I have ever seen this world. I will never take a bike for rent, if its very in need I will never come to Wheelstreet. While returning the bike they will make nonsense like Hell.. They gave the worst bike which they only have it and took money from the customer... Even, customer service is worst and worst... I took the bike in Delhi and the operations manager Lalit Rawat is a person who fools the customers and its his job. He will say like he will help the customer and he will Negotiate the price to pay for bike with our any mistake from customer... He negotiates like vegetables... Finally Worst experience.......
