Absolutely, atrocious customer care service. It does not exist. Its been two months since we ordered Uniform of our kid and it is still not ready. Visited their store twice, assured it will be taken care multiple times. When we call, they take the bill number and inform they will call back, but never ever happens.

When I ordered for kid uniform we asked for shoes without laces and same was promised but delivered one were with laces. When I ask for replacement they are saying they will deliver the product after 2 weeks but our kid school is starting after 3 days. They have taken the full amount in Jan end and delivered the product just 5 days before the school starting in May 30. Now we have to buy new pair of shoes. Executive at desk is very rude.They are not at all ready to refund the money.

Inventure uniforms got From here, worst service, wrong sizes sent and lousy customer service , wish the school change this vendor, quality of uniforms deteriorating year after year . Also, no timings maintained by the store, have to go and wait for them to come and open the store , terribly disappointed that we have to get the uniforms from such a lousy vendor
