Hello Dear Shwetha here. Sorry I am sending you this email so late, since I came in USA n immediately my college started on 03JAN . I got the visa. Ohh!! I still cant believe it. Honestly, I had no hope when I came to you since my visa was already rejected back in November when I applied by myself. But after meeting you I always felt positive. You know that my case was little different from other student. You really did great job, you not only gave me moral support but also u guided me very well when needed. Even I used to call you many time without checking your availability you were always welcoming. Thank you so much for the guidance and help. They are so pathetic people. I cant describe.They have taken the money and after that when i called them they were using all sorts of bad language. Please people if you want passport assistance go somewhere else.I am going to complain.my 1500 they have taken but for no use.

Worst. Worst is the word. No proper assistance. Applied for a passport and they dont even know to generate a challan properly. No proper responses for the queries. Calls and mails will be ignored. No proper clarification and information will be provided. They increase tension

The worst i mean worst experience ever.Where do i start. took 15+ days for malysian visa (takes 3 day) only to have to Miss my flight go all the way to chennai and go embassy because they called for an interview and that to on the last day. Lady is the rudest lady alive and will do absolutely nothing to help you.They are not even registered travel agents with vfs. Afyer paying all this money and having to follow up with them all the time (because they dont call back) .Utter liars l,lied about submission date of visa etc and useless.DO NOT use this service I highly recommend that!
