AtalRaj bjpWorst staff. Communication of Advisor who takes care of your vehicle is very poor. Each department blames each other, they have taken maths to repair. Service department does not advice customer, they got struck in their department fight. They do not give clear picture to customer on the repair work done by them inspite customer asking several times. They do not create job cards even though they receive vehicle for repairs, during payment they will create job card. Marketing and Service department collaboration is very poor.Each person gives their own version when contacted resulting in customer getting in-correct information and unwanted hassles. The person who is in-charge of Dealership is most of the times not available for any escalation. They have taken 4 months to repair vehicle, still they do not give correct picture to customer. Poor customer service, irresponsible behaviour of service staff.
