Parking for almost 35 cars, Non working AC rooms. Hot water issue. 12 rooms are available for guests. Finding it is little hassle. Kids play are is completely broken. Cooling fan for main stage is a plus. Good chairs and VIP seats. Two side stairs but one side lift, which is very slow.
