sameeth bangeraLast week me and my Niece had been to the Play area and to my surprise there where no one to assist we took a membership and there is a swipe system and yet there is no one to assist . we where struggling as the machine was not accessing and there was not one to come to help. And we had to ask the watchman who came and showed us, After a while my Nephew wanted to play in the trampoline and to my surprise there was not one there even to see the safety But We swiped the card and when confirmed as it showed the remaining balance in the machine we went forward and made my Niece to play in the trampoline , but to surprise there was a official working we watching everything and instead of coming there she went and told the supervisor that we did not Swipe the card. Here comes the Supervisor . She came in a very Rude way and Directly in way Rude "hello did u swipe the Card" we were shocked the way she approached us and then in a very rude way she said "give me the card" she went and checked and found that the card is swiped . she came and gave the card and did not even apologise for the miss understanding . Funcity Management is this how your employees Treat the Customers in a very rude way. Is the way they approach the people. First of all there is no one to assist the machine. I would not be surprised if any one the kids if they do some silly mistake the supervisor come and yell at the customers.
