Pathetic is not the word. Kept for fixing something and then they call saying the part is not available. Asked them no to do anything and will pick the vehicle in the evening. Buggers have done some servicing, oil change n all n have charged 1100rs without even informing me. The executive has hopeless. Gave me a feeling of why I even bought a Honda vehicle. No more Honda! Totally disappointed. Have to pay another 5000 for the actual repair lol
