Right now the building has just changed hands and the new owner has just taken procession. Most shutters were closed. So I guess they are looking for new tenants. Parking is an issue here.

Any mobile repairs, accessories, after market parts, recharges or even purchase of new handset Saibeen has it all... Car parking is a little clumsy but the civic authorities have created a superb roadside parking facility before the complex to ease the traffic
