bharath steels in mangalore is a worst shop as i had a bitter experience. i heard many had the same experience. i had brought a cello flask from them last week and after 3 days of usage the inner glass broke automatically. when i had been there they told me there is no guarantee for the inner glass. i think then the guarantee is for the outer fibre flask. they replaced the inner glass and charged me rs.140/- for that without giving a discount of single pie. the sales girl asked me to go to their wash room and clean the flask and get it for her. when i asked her was it not their duty to do that she told no. and they also never give you the bill for what u purchase. Such a big shop and they do all such dirty business there.
