My Vento broke down when coming from Wayanad. Had alternator problems. They sent a tow to get our Car. Mr. Sampath took good care of the Car. I even got a complementary cleaning of the car, and a car care kit worth 2K. Happy with their service. Way better than service stations in Bangalore.

Had a faulty "inspection now " indication that came up and to had to stay on hold for 30 mins to speak to someone from the service department . Had to bring the car to the dealership. The service reception is very poor and unprofessional at the dealership .had to wait for about 30 mins for someone to even tell us how long it would take for them to sort it out .
