Very much agree with pathetic attitude, these are the guys because of Sony brand name is getting doomed, first of all need to teach them courtesy and second how to talk to customer and than knowledge about Sony products and lastly teach them how to get organized inventory... And for every question their answer is place your order and pay money than only will give answers about time duration to get replacement and final price of the product. How is it possible that they do not have a standard price list for the power adapters. They behave like we have asked for something out of the world material.

What ever you go there for, they will tell you Mother Board problem, phone goes to Bangalore for 15 day, and cost 10K.

Attitude!!! Xperia attitude! "Take me or leave me, I am like this only" attitude! They charged me inspection charge because I took more than 2 days to give approval for screen replacement of my Xperia Z3 compact, but are yet to deliver, even after 15 days of paying advance. Apparantly, they want another 15 days! Back of the service job sheet has 15 conditions (yes FIFTEEN CONDITIONS) for you. You can impose none on them! Not a good "Xperiance"!

Do not even think of going here, spend extra money and take it to Bangalore, these guys possibly provide the worst service ever and used old components for my Sony Bravia TV. It took them close to two months to fix it and only after I filed a complaint with the consumer court and the regional Manager!
