Mithun GowdaBest & Worst. Best from date 1 to date 25 or 26. Gets disconnected on entire days of day 27,28,29 and 30. And starts actively on 1st. Why?? Saving GB? . Cannot blame the service boys. Something is hidden on month end... I wish ACT or some other internet to start their service in Madikeri.

Aakash AgarwalWell my experience with Yashtel is pretty good. They have a come long way from where they were two years ago. Improved packages, improved customer service. Really good. The only place they need to get better is that I have to call customer service a lot, which means they need to improve their quality to provide undisturbed (or with minimal disturbance) internet service to the users.

roshan roshuI was the first user to get the connection at vijaynagar 4th stage. As there was no other option, i went for this. I. Would only thank for providing connection after 2 months of Request. Here after they showed us what is customer care means. We need to pay them advance, pay one month fee in advance, we need to bare all the disconnection, interruption, one day prior disconnection etc etc etc. They have their own policy and we must stick to them. Now i. Recommend all my friends colleagues to not to go for this connection. This is my honest review.

Adithya Athey have improved their service a lot i mean a looooooot ....they just resolved my loss of connection issue within 24 hrs ...thats great .....from, previous experience one year back...

Ria ThomasThe office is located at the first floor of the complex.The stair case leading to the office is very very narrow and only one person can move at a time.The office is quite small itself.The quality of the service they provide is directly proportional to how much you are willing to pester them.

mohith ryuuYashtel has been prioritizing money over services these . The reason we picked up Yashtel was cuz of their plans , but now they have reduced the data to 50gb in every plan below 10mbps and forcing people to opt for 10mbps as 50gb is nowhere enough. It would be really nice if they could introduce 4mbps with 100gb data .
