I think all the good reviews r from there friends and family members!! One of the worst service !! Had to call the Kenstar technician to fix the same. 1. Ac water pipe was fitted lose due to which water started to drip inside the room. 2. Copper gas tube was cloged due to over bending due to which gas flow was not at maximum level. 3. Wall hole was at the higher position then AC. 4. Ac alignment on Wall was not correct. 5. All the drilling dirt and dust was left as it is with out cleaning. 6. Very expensive for this kind of work. 1500 for fitting 1800 for gas refill. For this cost we can call the company technical person.
