Manohar KpDisgusting people to do business! Exactly I faced the same service with Basavaraj and his wife what Lita S mentioned in his review. This people are so money minded and doesn’t have an inch of customer service. I had purchased UPS an year back with them and was promised free service till one year during the time of purchase. After asking them multiple times to send technician for a service, they finally sent a technician today to refill distilled water. When technician asked to pay 250rs for refilling distilled water, my father informed that he will come to shop by afternoon and speak to Basavaraj on the free service and make the payment if necessary. A lady called me within 15 min and started shouting for not making the payment immediately and disconnected the call rudely without even allowing me to speak a word. Thought I called back 5 times to ask the new address and to ask Basavaraj’s number, she disconnected my calls. When I immediately went to the shop to escalate on the behavior of the lady who spoke to me on the call, I got to know she is none other than Basavaraj’s wife who take care of the services and business. The moment I started explaining her what was promised to us while purchasing and on what we had told the technician, she started screaming on top of her voice interrupting me and not letting me finish my sentence. When she know there are other customer at shop and I am pissed off of their behavior she would not stop screaming. Finally I gave her my piece of mind and took the visiting card to call Basavaraj to escalate. When I called Basavaraj to explain, he also supported his wife’s behavior and spoke to me rudely and said ‘its okay if you don’t want to make the payment, we don’t come to road’ and disconnected the call without even allowing me to say something. Thought I tried calling him twice he disconnected my call. When I enquired in couple of shops about the services, they said they give free services for two years and refill distilled water free of cost. Someone should really teach them on customer service and the way to handle customers.
