I attended the Mysore style hatha yoga classes. It was a great experience learning from Bharath sir. I went to deepen my practice and thought the best way for me at this stage of my practice to accomplish this would be by going back to basics. I feel my practice has gotten much stronger. The class is structured to help you improve with every class that you attend. I will absolutely be going back!
