I spent 3 days of my 2 week visit to India at Aayda resort. The staff were very friendly. I received kind and individual attention. It was my first experience with Ayurvedic therapy. The therapists were very good and the sessions therapeutic and relaxing. I found the one on one yoga sessions very helpful. Thank you to Madhu and all the staff. Rosalind - Wellesley, Ontario Canada
