Good old place in Shimoga for classical south Indian breakfast and lunch. Some of their foods are too oily yet you cannot deny that they taste good. The service is too painful, you need to be extra patient to receive your order.

This is one of the most famous restaurants in Shimoga. I have been visiting this place at least once a year from the past few years and with every visit the quality seems to be going down. They can do better with service quality and hygiene

Food is very tasty. Coffee is amazing. Chats are nice with customization it is amazing. Service boys are quite quick. There is also store inside the restaurant, the items are good and tasty. But the sales person and cash counter person is unfriendly, not even smile.

I am local to Shimoga. I have visited this place many times. They are providing good service consistently. My suggestion to owner is keep the good work going.

The waiters can be a pain in the ass. The food is great. The hotel is usally jam packed. Their service behavior needs to mould for sure.
