Took a non-AC room, it was quite small but clean and tidy. Actually it also doubles up as an AC room as AC was present in it. Amenities are good like play area for kids, restaurant, water, service, etc. Overall, good for staying. The restaurant though, is very expensive! And being in Bijapur the receptionist cannot speak in Kannada and asked me to speak in Hindi.
