Been there with family, used services. Everything was fine. I do not know some people have left negative feedback. Location is good as well. Big rooms, swimming pool. Breakfast beffet was fine. Any service from hotel staff (if asked) it was on time. Overall good experience. Recommended

The place of stay is just awesome.swimming pool gym recreation centre all good. But the food is also good. I ll give four stars deducting one for food.

Very specious rooms. Has swimming pool facility. Near to backwater jetty. Avarage food quality and variety. Hotel looks very beautiful from outside. Rooms are clean and tidy.
