Trishala JainI went to pagoda to use the spa only today. Would recommend everyone to please never consider this place.. The staff is untrained. Their facilities are dingy and dirty.. Dustbins overflowing.. Walls leaking.. Dingy curtains.. They say they provide medicinal steam bath after the massage.. The steamer was not working in the first place.. When I raised a concern no one did anything about it.. Horrible.. Took my parents to experience their first massage here in kerala and extremely disappointed and irritated!

SURAJ SGood pool. The building has 9 floors and try to get to the roof top. The view is breathtaking.
