I went to pagoda to use the spa only today. Would recommend everyone to please never consider this place.. The staff is untrained. Their facilities are dingy and dirty.. Dustbins overflowing.. Walls leaking.. Dingy curtains.. They say they provide medicinal steam bath after the massage.. The steamer was not working in the first place.. When I raised a concern no one did anything about it.. Horrible.. Took my parents to experience their first massage here in kerala and extremely disappointed and irritated!

We had an event in the Opera Hall and it was pretty spacious and well decorated. Food was great too. Overall a very good experience there. Recommended place to host your parties.

Nice place for families to stay here in pagoda resorts.quite humble and cooperative staff.neat and clean rooms. Homely accommodation with reasonable price.

Not had a bad day before i get there. Hotel staff is rude. Slow service. Noisy rooms Not very clean . Kitchen smoke is all over corridor Massage was worst . waste of money.

Good pool. The building has 9 floors and try to get to the roof top. The view is breathtaking.

Rude staff, waited for 30 minutes for ice cream they were serving others but not me.. I asked them about 3 times but they ignored, ridiculous, its worst place to stay.....
