Been an Asianet broadband customer for almost 6 years. I have been in different places in Kerala and the Asianet team from Aluva is the worst of them all. I lodged a complaint regarding my net net issue and its been 10 days still not fixed. Because of this I have missed many official mails and all. They have a landline which they will never pick. I have seen and tested it myself. Even though people are at desk they wont pick up the phone. If you are aiming for asianet broadband i suggest you go with Airtel or any other ISP.
