This is to bring you in notice to the bitter and experience/ feedback which we have faced during the last visit your restaurant at Guruvayoor. The manager was in some kind of dilemma whether to give food or not. We have not received such a bad customer service any where. When we entered the restaurant , there was no one to take order. myself has gone to manager confirmed the order. Hereby kindly request you to if you are not interested in food service kindly close the restaurant and save such big amount to customers like us. And the food which served was such a bad quality that none of us was able to finish it.And worst was the manager at service was murmuring some thing while we was leaving, for not giving the tip.

Its very Superb hotel with nice Staff.. Rooms are very clean and beautyfull And also rate is very cheap when we compare with facilities.. I like it..

Attended a marriage function here. The ambiance of the hotel is good. The sadhya served here is very poor. Never I had a sadhya in this poor status. Hall is good .
