I have been going there from start. The food was excellent and staff courteous then. But now the food quality has become poor and sometimes towards evening it turns into a disaster. The dosas tastes bland and the coffee too watery. Better coffee available at roadside stalls. The staff in white are well behaved. But there are a group wearing kakhi who I think work in the kitchen. They keep loitering around and even once abused some customers for saying coffee was not upto the mark.
