I think when you start any business customer service should be the top most priority and all the others as next. I felt this particular saloon has given preference to the ambiance. Then the staff, especially the male staffs keep changing. You like one and then the next time you go you cant fine the same staff. Also, my wife had encountered behavioral issues. 1 star for customer service and i will add 1 more star for the ambiance.
