Honest pricing. I have booked the taxi for 4 days tour via online. Process is transparent and I got driver details a day before. Change in driver also informed well on time due to some emergency for the first driver. Driver was good and cooperative. Overall we had a very good time!

Our holidays with Pepper Kerala was amazing........ Our tour coordinator Paul was excellent, he knows everything about Kerala tourism and his guidelines was most prominent. I am sure Pepper Kerala management has given a good training for their Drivers, its has been reflected on their services, driving skills and friendly behavior always willing to help us on any situations etc. We are personally satisfied with Pepper Kerala services provided to us. This was great experience of utilizing the service. Mr George from front desk has facilitated us in planning our trip in better way. We have requested them to provide a car along with good driver for our 6 days trip. They provide us good service and the Driver Mr Jommy. Our experience with him is great. He was keep on taking care me and my family in entire visit without tiered. During this time he take care our even small needs. Also noticed, His planning about visiting places and timing is very accurate. We would like to choose him again in our next trip. We always knew Kerala would be good. But Pepper Kerala made it special, and their driver Mr Babu, made it awesome. The company provided great assistance, and Babu was a friend for 8 days. Thou travelling for the first time in Kerala, he made us feel at home. Every new road had new anecdotes and new stories. He kept us informed and entertained with facts and histories of places. Warned us of people and places where tourists like us could be fooled. Advised us about places to visit, and where to eat. Thanks Pepper Kerala! We will never forget this trip, EVER!

Nice experience with this taxi service. Enjoyed the trip with their driver named Jobi He found for us nice vegetarian hotels. And helped in our shopping. Played old Hindi songs as per our request. He is very soft spoken with smile on his face. Showed us many places which we were not aware of.. On the whole this company is worthy of hiring a taxi. Which I recomend

Amazing experience with this Taxi service. Our driver Joby helped us in sight seeing. He took us to very nice restaurants. We were always late for the morning pickup and he used to wait patiently with a smile. Joby is a gentleman. I am giving 5 stars bcoz of him.
