Overall it was good experience. Most important thing is, there exists a system and it works. Experienced staff with pleasant disposition. It is one of the best hospitals, in terms of facility, cleanliness , equipment , staff competence comparable with developed nations. I got a feel that every staff understand and try to implement their mission statement " we will tray you well "

I was at Aster on 17th July 2017 for a Medical Check Up and was pleasantly surprised to see the posh and neat premises. The staff was very friendly and supportive and professionally guided me on every given moment. ASTER can be proud of their panel of experienced and highly reputed doctors with impeccable records. They have explained the details in the minutest way possible. The Restaurant managed by Paragon is an added advantage. The Patients and the bystanders will be happy to have the tasty food. The only disappointment however was the washrooms. The washrooms were clean and neat. But in a hospital where patients are supposed to use washrooms for collecting samples as well, sufficient hangers and tissues were naturally expected but totally missing. Trust the Management will consider this seriously. I will be happy to see this rectified when I visit Aster end of this week.

I went to Aster Medcity first to do a wellness check up for my grandmother. Wellness department services were really good and the staffs were really pleasant, helpful and provided great service. During the check up, 2 cysts were found and were consulted Dr Zareena Khalid. Dr was very helpful and approachable and surgery was fixed. Everything went really well with great service. Thanks to all the staffs

I personally felt that it was very caring being there. Even the ward was very clean and we would be very comfortable in there. They even provide us with an extra bed for the people who stays with us. over all they were being very caring and pleased me with their service .

Excellent treatment with good nursing care.. Canteen facility & food was good one. Doctors advice too was clearly explained.. Overall facility & ambience is good. When we were about to get discharged from the hospital, we had a bad experience about the security staff & a bay head nurse who approached us very rudely by not letting in our child (patients daughter) who is 7years old saying that children will get infected which we do agree but the way your staff treat elder person who went to question was very rude & raised their voice so highly.. Please hire a well trained staffs who should speak a bit politely and not the ones who are rude due to which it affects the reputation of the hospital. Anoop Alex

Excellent service from staff to doctors. State of the art facilities. Beautiful environment inside-out with melodious music instrument live play will make our mind calm. Overall, completely satisfied.
