Very bad experience. our office needs 24 hours of internet connection. But either their network is not available or network will be too slow. They always have same reasons to say, technical issues. Wont suggest anyone for asianet broadband

Based on my experience(21-march-2017 to 29-march-2017) with Asianet B&B Broadband communications: i took Asianet internet plan of 10MBps upto 40GB of Data and 1MBps after 40GB of usage. they installed the connection at 21-march-2017 initially it worked fine but after 8 days the speed is reduced to less than 1MBps so i called them to complain this issue and they told my i have used my entire 40GB limit thats why my speed is reduced. but i feel cheated in this because i’m absolutely 200% sure that i’m not even used nearly 10GB within these 8 days. now i’ve decided to move to BSNL and i believe that they at least not going to cheat me on Data. hope this helps you to choose your provider. thanks. Cost: Installation charge:1500 INR Plan: 1350 INR/month (10Mbps upto 40GB post 1MBps) Wifi Router: 1300 INR

Worst connection ever....I was promised 1 week for installation...they took 1 month! Was promised 50 mbps...barely get 5 and that too one hour a day rest of day no connection...(should have contacted the customer service gal 100 times now_ Was promised disconnection...get a hefty bill of 7000 rupees... It is run by goons and I am sure I am not the only one to suffer...
