I visited this center for medical checkup. And the overall experiece of complete checkup was very good. The hospital staff was very supportive. And the facilities were good.

Very poor service. We had went a long way almost 100 km to take a MRI scan in Vivid thinking that we will get a good quality scan here . At the end when result came , its written that limited study due to movement artifacts. This was never told just after the SCAN or they did not take effort to take a repeated MRI for better study. When checked with officials there , they are telling that dad moved during MRI scan which is absurd. When we went with the report to doctors in Amritha and Aster , they are telling that images are not clear enough to make a good study.And they were of opinion that need to take MRI again for a better study due to this which means the time and money (10000 rs ) which we spent for taking MRI is purely gone in air. My humble request to Vivid officials & doctors is that when people come out there with trust and belief that we will get best results for paying almost 10000 rs for a MRI scan , please ensure that you give correct service to them. After taking a MRI scan ,when you are sure that study will be limited due to movement artifacts , its your responsibility to do a repeated scan to ensure that patients who came there will be given a better result.

SO SYSTEMATIC What I liked the most in VIVID was everything is so systematic, clean, and hygienic unlike any other diagnostic center. I will always suggest people, whom I know, VIVID to get their diagnostic tests done.

Please value others time also. Booked an appointment for 11:30 am a day before the visit. Asked the other staff about fasting and other regulations if any. Got a reply that need 4 hours fasting time. When we approached them at 11:30,those bunch of idiots are saying they do not have appointment booking and the consultation will start at 11:30 and need to wait for my turn after registration. They asked to take water to fill the bladder for test. Waited till 3:00 pm and till then no response. If these guys had some common sense they could have asked me to have water on the day when I called. Even if you have facilities,it does not mean that you are good. Customer values also needs to be considered. Idiotic service. Also to mention, an old lady came for a test of her chest I hope. The staff asked her to drink lots of water and asked to wait until her bladder is full !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Then at last when she was taken for test,they told it was their mistake and there was no need to drink water!!! Contact Hi-tech lab at Palarivattom. Far far better than this!!!!!!!
