Heard from friends that the owner is a nice guy , Hence gave my L lens for service. It has some fungus in its inner lens ..They never bothered to call me even once to give an update/quote . When I call them up they give a lame excuse and cut the line. Finally after a month of patience I asked him for a date by when I can expect the lens back. He told me in a soft tone that I can call him back after a week and if the lens is still not ready I can take it back. I called him after a week ,he told me that the lens is ready and the cost is approx 1K. I went to collect the lens and noticed that the fungus is still present (infact nothing changed) . He explained to me that fungus is harmless and some crap.. So in short he kept the lens with him for one month , wiped it with a piece of cloth gave it back to customer and charged me 1K.
