i completely agree they are truly affordable and good builders..but their customer service department just sucks..i just talked to their customer care manager RIYAS. and he is just a nonsense.he just talks like "taking personal revenge against me". not a professional approach from him. if they continue their attitude like this ,gonna loose their market soon.

We stayed at DD retreat and we were very disappointed as the website looks great but the service and the facility was terrible. The air conditioner did not work, stagnant pool of water was a mosquito breeding ground. Towels and even soap was not available. The geyser did not work...terrible place ...waste of our money
