I had a very bad experience with la cassa. The furnitures and designs are good. But the customer care is really irritating. They took advance from me for a recliner and assured me the delivery in 3 days. When i went there again i saw them loading display furniture to their truck. I checked about my order and then they informed that they have only display piece with them and New shipment will come after 3 months only. When i told that i dont need a display peace, the sales person casually told me that take it if you really want only....and they can arrange refund only in 1 week. I am a practising architect and this is the experience wiith me. When i discussed with some of my architect friends, they also told that their clients have also faced very cold response of their sales people there. I really wonder how come such a premium product shop can survive with this attitude...!!
