I bought a Gixxer rear drum brake version two wheeler in the month of July 17. I got a Cashback of 5k, as I booked the vehicle through Paytm. The people are good over there. But there are negatives to the showroom as well. They provide just enough petrol to reach the nearest petrol bunk. Fortunately, there is one just close to this showroom. Hope mine is just one-off of an incident.

I was traveling around in Kerala for a week and was returning to Bangalore. Went to VTJ Suzuki for a quick check before leaving for Bangalore.. The service supervisor saw my bike reg plate and did not care to approach and ask what I wanted as the bike was from another state... The mechanic just washed my bike and did not do any checks asked by me... But I ended up paying around 400₹ for nothing... Language was a huge barrier too.. Luckily I did not face any problems during my journey back.
