Ramila PatelI feel very fortunate that I choose this very authentic institution for my yoga training and very grateful for the time I spend with some wonderful people in Panamana Ashram. There is divinity in every inch of the place, love and support from everyone involved. Teachers were embodiment of values and what they taught. Their genuine support, loving care and expertise in their field was outstanding whether it was philosophy, yoga practice, anatomy or ayurveda. All the teachers and support staff are very helpful. I had most wonderful month during training with the very authentic people who lives the values they teach. This was probably most wonderful month of my life and I was immersed in every moment of that month.

namchirovnaI had a 200 hours yoga teacher training in 2011. That time the school located in Kerala. My yoga teacher was Bhooma. What can I say about the school. I loved it. In the beginning it was quite difficult to get used to the schedule. And now I really miss it! This course will help you to become not only a yoga teacher but also a disciplined person, will give you a food for reflection and new kind friends. I really have only positive memories and emotions about this experience! Good luck!

ioannis koulanisThere are no words to describe my thankfulness to this institute and personally to Bhooma Ji who was the inspiration for me to teach yoga. After I did the 200 hrs training in Panmana Asram, yoga became a part of my life. It was a life experience and not just a training. After going back to Europe, I started giving classes, and four years latter I could admit that yoga became my life. So then, I went back and I did the 300 hrs training as well. I can only say what I said in the beginning.....there are no words to describe it. Thank you Aarsha Yoga Vidya Peetham!!!
