I just wanted to know some details and when i called them they do not know the first steps of handling a customer properly... Very poor assistance and hence i got a very bad vibe from them.... If this was our first experience god knows how they will handle the entire tour..... Is not interested in following up with them as well.... Had a very rude way of speaking.....
