My experience at the store has always been unpleasant and pathetic. You end up coming out of the store with the hope that you never have to return. Lack of competition has made the owners and even the employees arrogant. The prices are higher for the same quality products available elsewhere. They do not provide any additional technical information on the products they are selling like a catalogue etc Only thing going for them is the range and location.
