The punctuality of the staff and doctors were miserable. Made us wait for 14 hours for a simple ultrasound scan. And again a long wait of 7 hours for getting into the alteady the allotted room. When enquired the answer given by the receptionist in the casualty was utter rubbish and highly provocating.!! Never choose their service for what they provide is highly overrated.!!
