I used to love this restaurant, not anymore. the service here is going to the drains now a days. I was overcharged the other day.. had ordered a half butter chicken, and was asked to pay rs.190/(the price of a full butter chicken) When I questioned the rate, the man at the counter told me, it was what a half butter chicken is priced at. You have lost another customer rawabi!

When I visited, water on washroom got finished. They tried to overcharge with price of mineral water which never consumed. Also the prices are varied in bill as per rate card. When asked, showed a clause on front side of rate card (which is not easily noticable) "the restaurant can change the pricing as they wish". Overall not a good experience. Food.. mmm.. good..

Good one. Comparing to the non vegetarian food available in Kottayam, this one is far better. I hail from northern part of Kerala. So, may tell that this is not that good as of food available in Northern parts of Kerala.
