Chrysoberyl is a good business hotel at the heart of Kottayam. We had an induction session here some time back and everything was well organised. The food was also nothing to complain about.

Availed their conference hall for a function. Extremely poor service, mediocre food. No staff inside the hotel has any clue how a hotel is run. The best thing about the hotel is the attendant in charge of parking. An event with 300 guests and no parking hassles at all!

This hotel has a convention centre that is suitable for hosting various events. Ambience is good.

Hotel is clean and tidy. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Where it sucks is the F&B and housekeeping! Very poor breakfast spread and woefully understaffed. It takes over 20 minutes to get an omelette or a coffee!! Room amenities are adequate/comfortable.
