Nitin Dilip MalayilNot a big fan of them. Sales executives are not very customer friendly. And the first(and last) time I bought an AC from them, they shipped a display piece to my home. On top of that, it was a defective product. After a lot of deliberation and time spent on it, I was given a replacement product which was of a lower price but they never bothered to refund the difference.

Mithun.k UnniI have never seen such bad attitude towards customers from any other shops ... After billing they gave me the bill and asked me to collect the item from another building.. Which I had to find out by myself...none of the staff were interested to show the building or help me to collect the item... The same thing happened when one of my friends went there for shopping......
