very bad experience...totally disappointing experience...they dont know how to check faults...they inform me that board complaint and no service possible, but i then serviced from a local shop....PLS dont go there..its totally waste.

i given my i phone 5s to the apple service center calicut to resolve the low speaker volume issue.the technician inspected the phone and found a small scratch in display and said that the phone is not cover under warranty because of the small scratch .actually the problem is not related to this scratch.i noticed it to the customer care manager but his behave me in a very bad manner.its very shame that such a reputed company
