madhavankutty pSizCom destroyed my htc one m7,i give them my phone with a new battery to change its battery ,phone was in good working condition only problem was its swollen battery,i waited more than 25 days and they dont give me any reply,so i called them then they told me that phone returned we are unable to fix it so i went to their office in calicut so i got my phone in destroyed condition and phone is not turning on while charging it and they are not ready to give my new battery and sim card slot,i feel like cheated they dont know how to service htc phones my phone is not working now,they are hiding our phone more than 30 days so that they dont have to bear any responsiblity after 30 days as per terms,also reviews given under are fake,their employees giving fake reviews,i am attaching BILL for proof,they ask you to sign a form after cheating you,dont get cheated and dont give your phone to those people who dont know servicing htc phones they only knows to DESTROY it.
