Manjusha YWorst product I ever bought.i purchase an Aquaguard green to water purifier in Feb 2017 for rs.16000/_ and it took around 6 months to get this product function properly.ie by sept 16.again on 24 June 17 I renewed AMC for rs.4900/_ and it stopped working by today i.e 4th of July 17.even I had the experience that by the time technician leaves my gate,the product stops working.again we have to lodge the complaint and wait for minimum of two days.their service managers are good in abusing the customer, even on the very next week we pay rs.4900/- for AMC.if anybody wants peace of mind after purchasing a product ,never choose this product.if choose this definitely you will regret for that. It is our hard earned money.had I gone through the review of this product, I would not have bought this one. Before choosing this product,better discuss with any one who had already purchased this product.someone who had already rated this product has rightly said that one star is given to it just because negative rating is not available.

Suresh MI purchased a water Purifier Aqua sure made by Eureka Forbes from a dealer at Thalassery in February 2017. Within its 40 days of installation it started giving trouble. Now it is not working since a week and complained the matter to dealer, who in turn complained to service center. However, no one had turned to repair said water purifier till date even after almost 6 days passed. It is very pathetic situation now for me and my family as we are depending Municipality water supply for drinking water. Eureka Forbes to take back your product and return my amount I spent for this water purifier so that I can purchase better product. I actually rate you below one star.
