I am right now enjoying my stay in these beautiful surroundings.....and am really glad I made it...the staff are unbelievably kind....the food wholesome and tasty..the treatments very effective.In just one week of being here I feel my aches and pains a lot less...and feel mentally and physically rejuvenated. An upscale place that offers treatments based on the philosophy of Ayurveda. It is a beautiful resort. There are lot of trees. The focus is on healthy living. They serve vegetarian food. No consumption of alcohol or smoking is allowed on campus.
