It was my second visit here in 2 years. This time, the service was worse than last time. The first half of the stay was good because the hotel manager was very kind and arranged every possible facility for us. However in the second half, the hotel staff changed due to shifts and they were horrible. Their behavior was rude. No one helped with the luggage, no one helped with getting bottle of drinking water. They did not provide new towels and soap although they charged for two days. I will recommend to stay at this hotel only when the main hotel manager is available in the shift. Otherwise , you are in for misery.
