The Dream Land Hill Resort is excellent, the staff are very helpful. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast was plentiful. We truly loved our stay here.Everyone was lovely, Elizabeth aunt was very caring and Mathew uncle welcomed us home away parents are they very lovely people.

Stayed here twice. The first time the manager was nice and went out of his way to make the stay pleasant. The second time the owners were managers having sued the manager. Chalta hai, if you want you stay attitude, never went back. Not a resort, just a place to stay overnight.

The experience was wonderful... though I myself is visiting and staying in this resort for the second time and this time with my family. The chinese pagoda style cottages with spacious rooms was the exact place where we spent our vacation and all three families of the group will remember the stay for a long time. The only problem was that they did not have a receipt for the room rent.

I stayed there on the 18th of Nov 2015. Following are my views. 1. The owner is the most arrogant lady alive on the planet. 2. Non of the rooms have A/c and most of the rooms does not even have FANS. 3. Lack of plug points in the room. My room did not have a plug point except for a TV. When asked for an alternative room the owner said that you can switch off the TV and charge the mobile or use your laptop. ( What a pathetic answer ). 4. Electricity will not be available for at least 3 Hours per night. I complained about the electricity failure to the owner but she was not even interested in listening to the issue. 5. There is only one person available as a room service boy / bell boy. He does not even understand Hindi or English. I do not know why is he even kept there. 6. No room service, no restaurants, hence do not expect any Menu card anywhere. If you order food, the guy will go to the town and bring your food.( And he will charge you for the Auto Fair in your bill ). 7.Surprisingly the Breakfast is also charged. 8. More than 30 KM away from the market. 9. Most of the rooms have little or no view. 10. The website of the Resort advertise about Room Service, Restaurant ( there is no restaurant in the resort ). Roof top Dinning ( there are only 2 chairs kept on the roof top with a table- You must get your own food to enjoy the roof top dining experience ). Telephone not available in rooms ( against as advertised on the website ) Over all a very pathetic place to stay. Hotel in town are much better and are available most of the time in the year. Un-organised and mis managed place mostly due to the attitude of the Owner who does not even have the heart to accept the facts of her so called resort.I complained to her only when I was asked how was my stay. On complaining she had the audacity to say that do not complain to me, go and complain to your travel agent. Saurabh Bhattacharya
